My preferred clients:

  • Are passionate business owners who are driven to succeed. Most are service providers, but some sell amazing products.
  • Are ready to grow! Whether starting up, breaking into a new market, or just upping their game, my preferred clients need systems in place that facilitate their growth – not hinder it!

My clients must (aka “The 4 Be’s”):

  • Be ready to work. Some stages of the process are longer than others. Sometimes I will need a lot of information from you to do my part. Don’t worry, I make this as painless as possible. If you aren’t quite ready to jump straight into a new system or strategy, I might ask you to do a little prep work first. All for the greater good!
  • Be coachable. You must be willing to accept my suggestions and expert advice.
  • Be open minded. You also must be ready to do things differently – for some that might be as simple as a new way of processing newsletter subscriptions, for others it might be kind of like having a business makeover from the inside out.
    • Our old friend Albert Einstein once said, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

  • Believe in collaboration. I’m here to help you get your business on track. We’re working together to make your business better.

My clients understand:

To make their business thrive, they need to be organized – however that looks for their particular business. Your business (and you, your staff, partners, etc) can’t grow in the way it was meant to if you have a bunch of obstacles blocking your way.
